Easter Sunday morning always bursts in full colour and joyful music in our beautiful sanctuary.

Music this Easter morning was selections from the Bach B minor Mass. Then every worshipper brought spring flowers to bring the bare Good Friday cross to brilliant new life.

We then celebrated Holy Communion.

On the fifth Sunday of the season, we celebrated Communion--
the table of Christ is open to all who wish to follow his example.
The final worship of Easter Season is Ascension Sunday. Rev. Michelle shared the story of the end of Jesus' life
--his going away at Crucifixion, return in visits with the disciples, and Jesus' ascension to heaven which allows him to be with us in all times and places. Extinguishing and relighting the Christ Candle helps to tell the story.

Our worship on Pentecost Sunday included our celebration of the successful completion of our Stewardship campaign that featured more than 200 hours of conversation among members of our congregation. In addition, we achieved our financial goal. You can view the Campaign booklet "Behold...I Do a New Thing" here.

Worship at Dunbar Heights takes different forms during the year and at special seasons.
